If you plan to use insurance, including MVA, please book “medical massage” and check with your insurance before your session to understand your coverage. Ask about deductibles and co-pays.

Check your benefits and confirm that you have massage therapy coverage and that your plan includes coverage for:"a massage therapist as a provider type." It's best to call your insurance and ask about specific provider types." 

 

We’re happy to bill your insurance coverage, but there is no guarantee of payment. If your insurance does not cover your visit, you will be responsible for the fees.

​Please book a “medical massage” if you’ve been in an MVA. Include all your auto insurance and accident information on the intake form. We will bill them for your treatment.
